Hand-picked sour cherries and years of maturation: an exceptional beer.
For this fruit Lambic, the hand-picked cherries were first stored on young Lambic for at least one year, at a ratio of one kilo of cherries to one liter of Lambic. The cherry Lambic is then blended with new young Lambic, bottled and stored for at least another year. Thus an insanely fruity, round, intensive beer with a taste, which looks for its-same, develops.
