Brasserie Cantillon Rosé de Gambrinus (750ml)
The Rosé de Gambrinus is a fruit lambic brewed with raspberries, also known as Framboise. For this, approximately 200g of raspberries per liter of lambic are macerated for 1–2 months on 20-month-old lambic and then bottled with one-third young lambic for secondary fermentation. The resulting lambic is wonderfully fruity, light, yet complex at the same time. With proper storage, which can certainly last several years, the Rosé de Gambrinus develops an even more complex character. A sherry-like complexity and an even drier body create a truly special beer experience.
