Duvel 6.66%: A soft and balanced Belgian Blond Ale with great drinkability.

The Belgian traditional brewery Duvel launched Duvel 6.66% in spring 2021. The base is typically Duvel: pale malt, bottle fermentation, and the hops Saaz and Styrian Golding. However, unlike the classic Duvel, this beer was brewed with four additional hops. They give this Belgian Blond Ale refreshing fruity notes of citrus (orange, lemon peel) and, in combination with the yeasts, floral hints.

Duvel 6.66% is full-bodied, slightly malt-sweet, zesty-bitter, and pleasantly hop-aromatic. With clove, nutmeg, dried herbs, and coriander seeds, the yeast also imparts extraordinary and unique aromas to the beer. This flavor profile makes the Blonde Ale a versatile companion for food pairing!
