With Hops Don't Lie, the Alsatian brewery Les Intenables launches a true heavyweight for fans of hazy, aromatic beers. This Imperial New England / Hazy IPA (DNEIPA), packing a solid 8.0% ABV, leaves no doubt that hops are in charge here. Despite its strength, the bitterness remains subtle at a moderate 28 IBU, allowing the fruity aromas to take center stage.

A premium selection of hops was used for this brew: Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and Citra Cryo Fresh. A massive double dry-hopping of 19 g/L (DDH) creates a true tropical fruit explosion. The appearance is typical for the style—vibrant yellow and extremely hazy—hinting at the creamy texture to follow.
