From Lervig Aktiebryggeri out of Stavanger Norway, comes Perler for Svin an insanely fruity New England Style IPA. As hops were Azzaca, Mosaic and Simcoe used, what came out is a modern IPA, with bitterness rather light and fruit especially strong. The use of oats and a special yeast also gives the beer a great mouthfeel and silky texture.
