The bomb! has earned his exclamation point but really! What a beer! With great saisions, Prairie provided a lot of talk shortly after its founding, but it was a really big Imperial Stout, which helped the brewery make its absolute breakthrough. The Prairie Bomb! is an Imperial Stout stored on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla pods and Ancho Chilies. Intense coffee notes combine with vanilla notes and a warming balanced spiciness. Just right is the 13% alcohol content of Prairie Bomb! It is also part of Ratebeer's prestigious Top 50 Imperial Stouts list.
