Polly’s Brew
Polly's was founded in 2018 in rural north Wales - at that time still under the name Loka Polly. The brewery quickly enjoyed national success and gained a certain reputation, primarily with IPAs. In 2019, the brewery was then renamed Polly's. Polly's brews beer without a lot of adjuncts, this is all about water, malt, hops and yeast. That's not to say that Polly's doesn't brew a Fruit Sour now and then. But at its core, the brewery's strengths lie in the focus of these four ingredients, which allow for such endless variety!
Polly's are influenced by English breweries like Cloudwater or The Kernel, and Sierra Nevada or Brewdog's Punk IPA also played a role in the brewery's foundation.
Polly's beers are characterized by freshness, quality and taste. Meanwhile, they are one of the most important breweries from the British Isle and also available internationally in Europe.
