Barrel-aged Imperial Pastry Stout in the style of a cookie with coconut and chocolate!
Amundsen asked themselves the question: why have a beer pairing for dessert? Why not just make the beer itself the dessert! No sooner said than done. For their "Dessert In A Can" series, they took your favorite desserts as a template. The base beer here is a 10.5% strong Pastry Stout. The Coconut Choc Chip Cookie was created based on a cookie baked with coconut and chocolate. Insanely delicious!
