Brasserie Cantillon Rosé de Gambrinus
The Rosé de Gambrinus is a fruit lambic, also called Framboise, brewed with raspberries. For this, approximately 200g of raspberries per litre of Lambik are macerated for 1-2 months on 20-month old Lambik and then filled into bottles with a third of young Lambik for secondary fermentation. The resulting Lambik is wonderfully fruity, light but at the same time complex. When stored properly, which is quite possible for several years, the Rosé de Gambrinus develops an even more complex character. A sherry-like complexity and a still dry body become a very special beer experience.
