Probably the most classic beer from the Walloon brewery. The beer has an exciting flavour that ranges from fruity to earthy. The yeast in particular comes to the fore here. Incidentally, the beer was named after A.J. Moneuse, a famous bandit and gang leader, an ancestor of the brewers' family.
