Port and Cherry Wine BA Imperial Stout with Cinnamon and Ancho Chili.
The beer is a blend of a young beer aged two months in a fresh port barrel and an old one aged 20 months in a cherry wine barrel.
A great dessert. Aroma and flavor are dominated by intense chocolate notes. They are rounded out in this beer by cherries, cinnamon and wood. The chili adds a slight warmth to the beer. Full-bodied and complex.
