Flügges Fränk is a Fruit Sour Ale fermented with lactic acid bacteria and Norwegian yeast. The refreshingly tart beer was aged on passion fruit puree. Pleasantly slim at 3.9% alcohol, Fränk scores particularly well with wonderfully intense passion fruit notes.
