Flügges Röik is a beer-wine hybrid: A Sour Ale fermented with Riesling!

The Frankfurt brewery has already made a name for itself some beer-wine hybrids. Daniel Mattern's wine was also used for Röik, namely a Riesling from 2020.

The taste alternates between Riesling, fruity yeast notes and a dry acidity.
