For the latest offshoot from the ‘Perfect’ series, the Italians from CRAK have given their Double a dose of Tomahawk, Bravo and Chinook. These varieties produce a really crisp bitterness and a wonderfully grassy, resinous flavour with a subtle citrus note. A really great beer for old-school fans.
