For its fifth collaboration with Billelis, Northern Monk has created an intense, hazy IPA dominated by New Zealand hops. Luminosa, Waimea, Wai-iti and The Bruce bring an intriguing blend of juicy apricots, ripe peaches and exotic citrus notes into play - rounded off with a hint of lemon. A wonderfully fruity, creamy IPA with tropical depth and a velvety mouthfeel.
