The third release in the Dan Mumford Patrons Project is a tribute to Manchester - brewed in collaboration with Track Brewing. This Hazy IPA is bursting with hop power: Citra, Mega Motueka, Eggers Special, Citrulicious Floe and Motueka Subzero Hopkief have been incorporated in every conceivable way - from dip hopping to mid-fermentation and dry hopping. A hint of coconut in the mash provides an extra smooth mouthfeel. The flavour is reminiscent of a creamy mojito with lime and citrus notes.
