Complex IPA from Põhjala - brewed with birch bark!
Birchy appears in Põhjala's Forest Series. The special ingredients of these beers come from Estonian nature. The Birchy was brewed with toasted birch bark. Overall, however, the Birchy is still clearly a strong IPA. Aromas of grapefruit, mango, lime are complemented by hints of wood, earthy tones and sweet malt notes.
