With this beer the festive season begins. And at Sierra Nevada it is not welcomed with dark and sweet beers, but with a strong India Pale Ale.
The freshly harvested hop cones are put into this IPA! And the aroma is accordingly: Besides citrus and pine notes, green tastes are very present. All this is packed in a strong malt body typical of Sierra Nevada and an aftertaste marked by hop bitterness.
