To Øl want world domination
The name of this NEIPA from To Øl refers to the whirlpool in the brewing process, where the hops are added to the brewing kettle at the end of the boil and separated cleanly from the liquid using centrifugal force. As the hops are no longer boiled, fewer bitter substances are released and more fruity flavours are released. In this IPA, it is mainly citrus and tropical fruit flavours that hit the nose when the can is opened.
