A Kombucha Straight Out of the Book

Lemon and ginger simply belong together, as everyone probably knows. So it only makes sense to combine these two flavors with a kombucha. The lemon enhances the slight tartness of the kombucha and the spiciness of the ginger provides an exciting contrast.

Kombucha, originally a Chinese beverage made from tea, sugar and a culture of bacteria and yeast, has been delighting people with its tart taste for thousands of years.
The second fermentation in beer tanks gives Jetty "Hard" Kombucha its alcoholic note without losing the lively culture characteristics. The Jun Kombucha culture gives it a slightly effervescent quality.
With only 2g sugar/100ml, Jetty Kombucha is a refreshing, low-calorie treat.
