White wine BA Cider from the Münsterland!

This Appelwien was made from 50% Boskoop and 50% apples from meadow orchards. It matured for seven months in Pinot Blanc (Pinot Blanc) barrels. The spontaneously fermented cider has hints of lemon, grass, flowers, yeast and brioche.
