Red Wine BA Sour Ale with plums!
The latest version of the brewery's flagship Aoltbeer was stored on plums. Thus the refreshing acidity of the cask stored Sour Ales combines with fruity notes of plums and stone fruits. The acidity is not too harsh, but finely integrated. Horny notes and hints of almonds round off the taste. The finish is dominated by plum, but also some wood.
