New vintage of the Appelwien! Here comes the bottling of an early pressing from 2020, refreshing, light and with a wonderful play between acidity and sweetness.
This Appelwien version, unlike older bottlings, was not fermented in red wine barrels, but in tank. Due to the much shorter storage, this cider is leaner, with residual sweetness, and it has a lower alcohol content of only 5%. The apples, of course, remain the focus of the flavor, complemented by light notes of spontaneous fermentation.
