Very fruity Gruit - an extraordinary taste experience!
During the boiling process and the cooling process in the open coolship, different herbs were added to this beer. In addition, it was aged on bitter oranges. After that, the beer was aged in red wine barrels for 15 months. Kumpeni has a complex flavor, but is surprisingly approachable despite the many unusual ingredients.
This beer was created at the Grutkultur Festival in February 2020 in Münster. Involved in this collab, in addition to various local home brewers, are the breweries Nevel, De Kromme Haring and La Source.
