Fruity cider made from apples, quinces and pears!
The fruits for this cider come from meadow orchards near the brewery Kemker Kultuur. The cider was produced by the piquette method, which means that the fruit pomace is mixed with water and macerated for one or two days, then pressed again and fermented spontaneously. The Ciderkin convinces with its fruity notes in combination with funky yeast esters and a refreshing acidity!
