Fruit wine made with cherries, apples and grapes
For this fruit wine-cider mix, Kemker Kultuur spontaneously fermented regional cherries from the Münsterland region with apple juice and grapes and then stored them in wooden barrels for 3 months. Great fresh and tart fruit aroma with subtle earthy notes.
