A fantastic blend of a fruit wine and barrel-aged Aoltbeer!
The model for this beer was the Farmhouse Cider from Kemker Kultuur. To intensify the flavor, they blended it with a batch of Aoltbeer from the red wine barrel and aged the result on local plums. This further intensified the fruit character and gave the blend a wonderfully dry texture.
With added hints of funk, wood, vanilla and spice. Totally complex, but still super easy drinking and totally refreshing!
