A Gruit Saison, brewed with rosemary.
For real wintry this beer was brewed still a small proportion of darker malt. This gives it a slight sweetness, a fuller mouthfeel, more depth and notes of caramel, bread and candied orange. The rosemary is clearly present in both the aroma and flavor. The oats for this gruit were grown specifically for the brewery.
