Gruit from the Münsterland!
Kemker Kultuur have combined wild carrot seeds, gale and yarrow with a sour ale for this Gruit. After fermentation, this beer was blended with two different batches of Aoltbeer. The result is incredibly complex! The herbs provide intense herbal notes in smell and taste. The acidity is pleasant and not too sharp, the finish is dry and woody.
The Aoltbeer batches were stored in red wine barrels!
Brewed together with Elixier Bier (NL) and Hopfengarten Lünen.
