A dark Bockbier from the Trappist monastery of La Trappe!
This makes it unique in the world. Because no other Trappist monastery brews a bock beer. It also subverts the classic bottle fermentation. This makes it pleasantly soft in texture and highly aromatic. The strong malt flavor of caramel, bread and dried fruit is rounded off by a mild bitterness.
