Every year, the Norwegian brewery Lervig launches Paragon on the market. It is basically a barley wine that has been aged in barrels. In the latest 2023 version, it was aged for a year in Jim Beam whiskey barrels. That's why it has the vintage 2023, the release is in 2024. Great full-bodied flavours of vanilla, toffee, fresh brioche and sweet dates. An amazing beer for special moments.
