This beer is part of Rackhouse's Norwegian Cultures series. It was made in the style of Belgian lambic. The beer was aged on apricots for a month before bottling. This gives the beer a wonderful fruity-sweet note that complements and softens the sourness of the Wild Ales beautifully.
