Session IPA with a wonderful drinkability!
For the Evergreen, Mikkeller focused on one thing above all: drinkability. The 3.5% light Hazy Session IPA combines hoppy notes of citrus, sweet stone and tropical fruits with a subtle bitterness.
The bright yellow Evergreen's versatile aromatics and low alcohol content make it a wonderful accompaniment to lighter dishes such as salads, seafood or seasonal vegetables. A safe option is, of course, food pairing with a good pizza, for example, topped with spicy sausage. This is because the spiciness is softened by the hop bitterness of the beer.
