Great wild ale with French apricots

A blend of three different beers forms the basis of this beer. After fermentation in wooden barrels, the complexly tart beer was aged for three months on apricots from an orchard near Nimes.

The Sauvages series is home to barrel-aged wild and farmhouse ales from Popihn.
