Wild Ale aged in Burgundy barrels!

The Assemblage 2 was brewed in mid-December 2019. It was stored overnight in a coolship and then pumped into Burgundy barrels, which were previously filled with Pinot Noir. The beer has a very vinous character.

The Sauvages series is home to barrel-aged wild and farmhouse ales from Popihn.
