A blend of different Kentucky Bourbon BA Bigfoot vintages!
Barrel aging and beer, that sometimes just goes well together. Such is the case with Sierra Nevada's Barley Wine Bigfoot and the bourbon barrels used.
This beer is a blend of one, two and three year old Bourbon BA Barley Wines. The distinct hop bitterness is still wonderfully apparent. Notes of dried fruits such as raisins, caramel, molasses and dark berries are complemented on the palate by the flavors of barrel aging, particularly wood and vanilla. Warming, powerful, complex and intense!
