Exciting Geuze experiment by Tilquin!

You should buy this beer together with the 60-40, because Tilquin created these two beers based on the following idea. The 60-40 was blended 60% with 1-year-old lambic and 40% with 2-year-old lambic. It is a little more drinkable and has a less pronounced acidity. The 40-60, on the other hand, was blended 40% with 1-year-old Lambic and 60% with 2-year-old Lambic. This version is a little more complex and impresses with its multi-layered acidity.
