The main protagonist in this beer is the Semillon grape. It gives the beer fruity notes of white grapes, pear, lemon zest, lychee as well as floral hints. The mouthfeel is dry, the taste is complex, fruity and slightly acidic. For its 10.8% alcohol, this beer stands out for its surprisingly high drinkability.

Semillon grapes are typically used for dessert wines such as Sauternes.
