Brown Ale modeled after a Franzbrötchen!
Of course it had to be the Franzbrötchen: What could be a better model for a pastry beer from the Hamburg brewery than Hamburg's favorite pastry?
The Brown Ale convinces with notes of nut, cinnamon, marzipan and caramel. It is also nicely full-bodied.
