Complex Whisky Sour from Vault City produced in a colab with Brewgooder
The team at Vault City has come up with something really wacky. They have decided to store a Sour Ale in whiskey barrels from the popular Scottish whiskey distillery Bruichladdich. And they did it for a whole 9 months! But that was not all! In addition, a load of lemon balm and some honey from Islay were added on top. Might sound a little crazy, but it makes for a fabulous beer with complex and unique flavors.
