The Salmagundi Vol. 2 is a blend of Weaver Hollow's Sambucus, a Farmhouse Saison with rye content and elderberry, their Carpo. a Farmhouse Saison and an unknown third Saison. Like all beers from this tiny US brewery, it is extremely limited and, above all, extremely good and complex.
