I have received wrong and / or damaged products, what can I do?
We ask you to contact us immediately by e-mail stating the order number as well as your personal contact information and the wrong / damaged products. We will then take care of the settlement as soon as possible.
How are the bottles not broken during shipping?
We ship all of our packages in special boxes exclusively for shipping bottles. The products are very well protected against possible transport damages.
Which countries do you ship to?
Within Europe, we ship to the countries listed below along with their shipping costs. It typically takes between 4-8 working days to arrive if your address is outside of Germany. If you do not see a price to ship to your country, contact us on email@example.com and we will be happy to assist with a quote.
How do you calculate the shipping costs?
To place an order, simply go ahead as normal on the website and your shipping rate will be calculated and charged automatically and according to the charges listed below.
Beyond Beer will not be held responsible or liable for any additional taxes or charges imposed on the goods on entry into the destination country when shipping an international order. Responsibility for any additional charges will be solely with the customer.
If the goods are refused entry to the destination country and sent back, Beyond Beer will not be required to refund the shipping charge. When the goods are received back, Beyond Beer will offer a refund for the goods only.
Our delivery instructions option is intended for german shipping. Beyond Beer cannot be held responsible if delivery instructions are not adhered to by an international courier service.
To ship from Germany to European countries, there is a maximum of 24 units possible per box. Each additional box will be an additional shipping charge. Below is a table detailing each size bottle/can and its unit value. You will be charged for the required number of boxes to ship the number of units you have ordered.

What is the addtional deposit charge?
Our head office is in Germany. According to local regulations, we are obligated to collect deposit on all items, even if they are shipped abroad.
Can I return my received goods?
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day they, or a third party indicated by them, receives the goods.
To cancel your purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, please email email@example.com and we will send you a cancellation form which you can print out. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the cancellation form within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we highly recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking. Please note that you'll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds will be made as quickly as possible but will always be within 10 working days after we have received the goods and they are in a good condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly repackaged and safely returned at their expense.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the country, delivery abroad should take place within 2-6 working days. The adherence to the delivery times is neither assured nor guaranteed. Country-specific delays may occur (i.e. tariff treatment, custom issues, etc...).
Which payment methods are available to me?
We accept credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay, Giropay, Sofort Banking (Klarna) and bank transfer in advance.
I have a voucher, how can I redeem it?
If you have a voucher, you can easily redeem it on your next purchase. Simply add your desired items to the cart. At the end of the shopping process, you have the option to enter and confirm your voucher code under "I have a voucher" to the left of the total cost. Thus, the voucher amount is offset against the purchase amount. If your voucher value is higher than the total value of your shopping cart, you can redeem the remaining balance on a later purchase.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
By clicking on the text "Forgot your password" you can enter your e-mail address saved with us via the "My Account" area. We will send you a confirmation e-mail. By clicking on the link contained therein, you can reset your password.
