Actually Corey Artanis moved from Buffalo to Miami with the goal of becoming a fireman. The fact that this was not put into action was partly due to his talent in homebrewing. With a Pumpkin Spiced Latte Ale he quickly made a name for himself in the local homebrewing scene. And so the father of three sons decided to start his own brewery in 2013. The breakthrough on the big stage came two years later when the company was honored with the awards for the best brewery and the best beer of the festival at Hunahpu's Day in Tampa in 2015.

In the meantime, the brewery from Florida can be counted among the absolute elite of US breweries with a clear conscience.
