This family owned brewery is located southwest of Dublin in the famous Barrow Valley Hop Growing Area. The water there is ideal for ales and stouts - the beer styles for which this brewery has become famous. Founded in the mid-nineties, operators can look back on a strong and steady growth. The brewery is now a driving force in the Irish craft beer scene and has its own pub, serving only independent Irish breweries.
