Boon Kriek is a blend of oak-aged old and young Lambic. After six months of aging, 25% of black cherries are added to the beer, which creates a secondary fermentation. The beer is then filtered and bottled. With 4% alcohol, a fine residual sweetness, and wonderful fruitiness, this Lambic bridges the gap between beer and wine.
