FAQ's

When will the advent calendars be delivered?

That varies. The "Classic Edition" will be shipped first (expected from the end of September). "Special Edition" and "Alcohol-Free Edition" will likely ship at the end of October or early November. The "Geek Edition" will be shipped last in mid-November. 

How long do the beers last?

The beers in the advent calendars are exclusively produced by small or medium-sized breweries. Many are unfiltered and untreated. Since the beer style also plays a role in shelf life, we always indicate the best-before date and try to ensure that it lasts as long as possible. The beers in the "Geek Edition" are delivered as fresh as possible.

Which breweries are included in the calendars?

We aim to present the widest possible variety. That’s why the "Geek Edition" includes 24 different breweries. In the other three advent calendars, it may happen that a brewery appears with more than one beer. The breweries are mainly small craft, micro, or private breweries from different countries.

Which beer styles are included in the calendars?

Many different beer styles are included in the advent calendars. The calendars vary somewhat: in the "Geek Edition," the focus is on variety and creativity. The "Classic Edition" will include more lagers and easy-drinking beer styles.

I already had an advent calendar in 2024. Will there be different beers this year?

In the "Geek Edition" beer advent calendar, you will exclusively discover new beers. In the other beer calendars, it may happen that a beer was already included in 2024. However, we will strive to stock all beer advent calendars with new beers.

Can I gift the advent calendar and have it shipped directly?

Yes, that’s no problem. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address during the order process.

Where can I return the deposit for the bottles or cans?

The one-way deposit on cans can be returned at any supermarket or beverage store machine. If a can is not scanned correctly, please turn it around or use a pen to cross out the original barcode of the can (not the deposit sticker barcode) and try again. The deposit on German reusable bottles (0.33 – 0.5 not included) can also be redeemed at a reusable bottle machine.
