Beyond Beer – The craft beer paradise in Hamburg
It has long been no secret that beer can be different. Beer polarises opinion. And that's a good thing. In our small shop in the centre of Hamburg, we have created a little paradise for the new beer culture. Beyond the mainstream and uniformity, we focus on beers that surprise and delight. We are fascinated not only by the beers themselves, but also by the people and stories behind these handcrafted beer gems. We offer around 600 different and constantly changing beers, most of which are chilled. Our store manager Rino, Nina (photo) and our assistants are always available to answer your questions and make recommendations.

At Beyond Beer, you will find only exceptional beers from independent breweries. Transparency and the story behind the beers or breweries are just as important as an authentic, natural taste. Whether from a traditional family brewery or a revolutionary craft brewery. Diversity is just as important. That's why, in addition to our standard range, you'll always find new beers here. Come by and discover the wide world of beer. Or try them right here on the spot.
Events and beers on tap
At our regular events, you can experience the variety of beers and fresh beer even more intensely. Whether it's craft beer tasting, a brewery tap takeover or other special events – you'll always discover new beers with us.
We serve 4–8 beers on tap. You can decide for yourself. Maybe your new favourite beer is among them?
