The Understory from Outer Range Brewing is based on a classic West Coast Pale Ale. However, it has a special touch: the beer was hopped with Cascade and Nelson Sauvin. The latter is a hop variety from New Zealand and has a flavour reminiscent of Sauvigon grapes.
