Saison meets Pale Ale
This beer is more or less a mix of a Saison and a Pale Ale and combines the best characteristics of both styles. In terms of flavour, the fruity aromas of Mosaic hops stand out in particular, giving the beer a lovely drinkability. The whole thing is refined by the Belgian yeast, which gives it some flavour. The finish is a little dry, which adds some complexity to the flavour experience. You have to try it.
