A very special Berliner Weiße and in many ways.

With 9.5%, Berliner Weiße is not without its own specialities. But not only that. As befits a true white beer, it was brewed with lactic acid bacteria - just like in the 1920s in Berlin. A double fermentation and hand-picked wild hops also make this white beer something very special. A post-ripening was not done in sand, as it was done in those days, but if you want you can do it yourself at home. The raw materials are from 100% organic farming.
